appointment of Patrick W. Manzo as Vice President, Compliance and
Fraud Prevention.
Mr. Manzo will be responsible for managing compliance with
Monster's external policies and ensuring consumer security by
preventing fraudulent use of Monster products and protecting Monster's
industry-leading resume database from unauthorized access. In this
critical leadership position, Mr. Manzo will help Monster establish
and maintain open lines of communication with local, state, and
federal law enforcement organizations and intelligence-gathering
agencies, leading to better detection, recovery and prevention of
fraud.

Mr. Manzo comes to Monster from Craig & Macauley Professional
Corporation, where he litigated business disputes in state and federal
courts. Before joining Craig & Macauley, Mr. Manzo practiced corporate
law with the law firm of McDermott, Will & Emery.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Manzo served as a Surface
Warfare Officer in the United States Navy, where he was awarded the
Navy Commendation Medal twice and the Navy Achievement Medal for
meritorious performance. A graduate of Georgetown University with a
bachelor's degree in Government with a minor in History, Mr. Manzo
holds a Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School.
